巴西勞工增 文創勞工減

巴西地理統計局（IBGE）今天發表「文化資訊暨指標系統」報告指出，2007至2012年，從事文化產業勞工人數減少12.6%，從420萬人減至370萬人。

報告指出，2007至2012年，巴西所有在職人口從8990萬人增至9470萬人，成長率5.3%；同期文化產業勞工占比則從4.6%降至3.9%。

IBGE指出，2012年大學畢業的文化產業勞工比率為20.8%（75萬9000人），正式勞工比率39.8%（150萬人）；所有在職人口大學以上程度勞工比率為14%（1230萬人），正式勞工比率39.3%（3720萬人）。

2012年文化產業勞工平均月入1553巴西幣（約718.98美元），比所有在職勞工薪水1460巴西幣高；53%的文化產業勞工為男性。

調查還顯示，2012年所有在職人口，黑人與白人比率分別為51.9%和47.2%，16.9%的年齡介於16至24歲；57.5%的文化產業勞工為白人，16至24歲占21.7%。
