CPU風扇一直轉很快、溫度很高

各位大大好，小弟今天自己去買了Intel Xeon E3 1230 V2 這顆CPU，原本的CPU是Intel i3 2120，所用的主機板為ASUS P8B75-M、散熱器為Cool Master Seidon 120V。裝好後卻發現風扇轉速一直很高、很吵，以前用i3那顆都不會發生這種情況。後來擔心CPU溫度過高因此去找了軟體來看，一看不得了，待機時溫度約為48~54左右，開個遊戲(GuildWars2)就飆到100度以上，也檢查過散熱膏有塗好，請問究竟是什麼原因呢?
