邱復生：黨主席辭職與否 是政治問題

國民黨19全在台中召開，有黨代表私下連署臨時提案，讓王金平恢復黨籍。中央委員連勝文表示，這件事情「有這麼簡單就好了」，他不認為這件事有這麼簡單。

而總統兼任黨主席法制化的黨章修改也成為焦點。國民黨中常委邱復生表示，假如馬英九總統真的做不好，大家就會要求辭主席，不是修改黨章就不用辭，所以他認為沒有必要修改。
