特偵組是否濫權偵辦關說案　檢評會約詢鄭深元

【胡守得／台北報導】檢察官評鑑委員會今天上午針對特偵組偵辦關說案是否濫權，及偵辦期間涉有烏龍監聽國會小總機0972等案，約詢特偵組檢察官鄭深元說明，鄭在上午9時25分到場，不發一語。
 
檢評會發言人彭文正說，檢評會今天預留整個上午給受評鑑人鄭深元，下午則給保留給檢察總長黃世銘，希望釐清過去從北檢、法務部、監察院到立法院所有調查的事證，作逐一、最詳細的地毯式比對。
 
檢評會下午1時半將約詢黃世銘。
