【林慧娟／綜合報導】「花邊教主」布蕾克萊弗莉（Blake Lively）擁有34C、25、36的魔鬼身材，她日前接受法國《Vogue》雜誌採訪，被問到維持S曲線的祕訣？她說：「沒有，我很幸運擁有活躍的生活方式，我總是不停地活動，不需要聘請教練、也不用節制飲食。」
 
26歲的布蕾克表示，她每天早上喝一杯熱巧克力牛奶，每天晚上則會吃幾片黑巧克力，讓自己保持愉快心情。她早先接受《美麗佳人》雜誌訪問，則透露：「我還年輕，新陳代謝快，是身材窈窕的主因。」粉絲大讚她天生麗質，令人稱羨。
