龍洞8死意外　風管處稱「道義上的責任」

【呂健豪／新北報導】有關昨天東北角龍洞礁石步道發生的8死溺水案件，今天上午新北市與召集東北角海岸國家風景區管理處召開協調會，除討論罹難者相關撫恤外，也針對未來該區相關安全管理設施進行研議。

風管處處長許正隆會後接受媒體採訪時，稱昨天的意外案件，風管處是「道義上的責任」，基於道義會協調相關單位，替罹難者爭取最高權益；但新北市副市長侯友宜則表示，市府的責任不只是道義，更要去追究到底有沒有相關的疏失與不當，去進行檢討與改善，「相關單位沒有一個能逃避責任」。
