烏日遇雨就淹 擬加高防洪牆應急

台中市烏日區學田路長期飽受遇雨就淹之苦，在穿越國道1號處，每因積水導致道路中斷，水利局將在東側農田加高防洪牆應急。

台中市水利局指出，為了達到灌溉目的，烏日區學田路渠道斷面不足且上游較寬，匯流雨水較多的下游反而較窄，不利區域排水需求，加上下游穿越國道1號處，因斷面束縮，造成水位滿溢而出，近年來幾乎每到颱風季，農田必淹至學田路面。

為徹底解決學田路淹水問題，水利局規劃短、中、長期3階段計畫，民國103年將編列新台幣780萬元進行學田路東側農田區防洪牆加高，避免農田溢淹至學田路，希望在103年底前完工。

水利局表示，中期目標是得從下游出口沿國道1號及學田路新建分洪道，直接排入同安厝排水，以減少農田區積水，另盼與經濟部水利署第三河川局協調，辦理同安厝排水整治工程，希望長期徹底解決學田路遇豪大雨就淹水的困擾。
