勞團呼籲 重視職災勞工的心理創傷

依據勞保局統計，去年領取勞保職災給付件數，高達6萬2544人，占當年度勞保被保險人的6.4%，意即表示每1000 名勞工中，約有6人遭遇到職業災害的傷害，顯示勞工面臨極大的職災引起的健康風險。台灣職業安全健康連線、台灣勞工陣線與台灣社會心理復健協會今日共同召開記者會，呼籲勞委會與衛福部應重視職災勞工與家屬的心理健康，並提出四大訴求。

四大訴求包括：一、勞委會與衛福部應進行跨部會合作，建立專責的職災勞工家庭的心理健康支持系統。二、勞委會應積極研擬方案，以協助職災勞工回復職場。三、勞委會應對復職之職務內容是否適合職災勞工身心狀態進行評估。四、勞委會應儘速推動職災保險單獨立法，整合與擴大職災勞工之補償、重建、復工等相關資源。
