海上追逐一小時　海巡查獲漁船走私未稅菸1200箱

海巡署南部地區巡防局與恆春海巡隊在蘭嶼外海，查獲高雄籍「永盛億號」漁船非法從菲律賓走私未稅洋菸1200箱，估計市價大約3000多萬元，海巡署表示，走私的未稅香菸多到船艙都放不下，部分還大剌剌的堆放在甲板上。

海巡署執行安康專案，查緝海上走私，南巡局最近接獲情資指出，南部地區大盤私梟走私頻繁，海巡署高雄第二查緝隊與恆春海巡隊於是組成專案小組，在鵝鑾鼻海域佈線偵查，昨天(15日)上午在蘭嶼東南方海域，發現永盛億號漁船行跡可疑，海巡署耿英傑上校指出，海巡署巡防艇上前要盤查，不料，漁船卻拒絕海巡人員盤查，雙方在海上追逐了一個多小時，永盛億號最後才終於停了下來，海巡人員登船檢查，當場就在漁船的甲板上看到一箱箱的走私未稅洋菸，另外，船艙裡面也塞滿了私菸「一開始拒不配合，逃避登檢，經過一個小時的緊追，我們最後還是攔截登檢，當場在甲板上發現走私未稅香菸有1200箱，他有藏在密艙，放不下，就堆在甲板上，完全就是很猖獗的行徑。」

經過清點，總共有1200箱，都是菲律賓的自有品牌，估計市價約3000萬，孫姓船長和三名船員都被帶回訊問，私菸查扣之後將依法銷毀。（照片：海巡署南部地區巡防局提供）
