叫小姐按摩不成憤而砸店　男遭警送辦

【林錫淵／高雄報導】高市一名打零工盧姓男子（52歲），上周到鳳山區一家美容推拿坊找小姐按摩，盧男指定陳姓小姐服務，但陳女有客人在忙，無法立即服務，渾身酒氣的盧男不耐久候，情緒失控對著女老闆發飆怒罵三字經，還嗆聲「關門不要營業了，開一天砸一次，相不相信會對店裡開槍？」

盧男隨後拿起泡茶桌上的杯子、鐵製水壺及椅子，朝大門落地窗猛砸，當場砸破兩面強化玻璃，女老闆嚇得趕緊報案，警方趕到時，盧男還在店內發飆，但一看到警察立刻酒醒，他坦承一時情緒失控砸店，但否認言詞恐嚇及要對店內開槍，警方訊後依妨害自由、毀損罪送辦。
