彭淮南：兩岸貨幣互換協議年底前來不及簽

央行總裁彭淮南表示，有關兩岸貨幣互換協議（SWAP）的簽署今年底前來不及，恐怕還要更多時間。

央行總裁彭淮南今天出席立法院財委會回答立委質詢時表示，我方希望兩岸貸幣清算協議能儘快簽署，央行能準備的都準備好了「we are ready」！但事涉雙方不能夠由央行單方掌握，但今年底前簽署來不及。

彭淮南說『因貨幣互換協議是協議位階高於備忘錄，要考慮較多問題，我得到消息，今年底前來不及，還要更多時間討論。』
