氣象局今天下午發布陸上強風特報，受到強烈東北季風影響，明天台灣各地沿海空曠地區，以及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖，將會出現9到10級的強陣風，請民眾前往海邊空曠地區時，留意自身安全。
