【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園縣蘆竹鄉民代表王貴芬掌摑長庚女護士案，桃園縣衛生局表示，根據醫療法第24條，院方已經通報衛生局，受理後已請醫院查閱錄影帶或書面記錄，如果施暴行為確認，並依據違反醫療法處以3萬元罰款，並由院方自行決定是否向警方提出刑事告訴
