立院三讀 管制貨品網路可查

立法院院會今天三讀修正通過貿易法部分條文，受管制貨品種類、管制地區及瀕臨絕種動植物物種，應刊登在主管機關所屬網站。

三讀修正通過條文明定，主管機關應公告受管制貨品種類、管制地區以及瀕臨絕種動植物物種，並刊登政府公報及主管機關所屬網站，免費供民眾閱覽。

根據民主進步黨籍立法委員李俊俋的提案說明指出，為落實政府資訊公開透明化，滿足人民「知的權利」與維護權益，要求主管機關在政府公報刊載資訊，並應公告在主管機關所屬網站，免費提供民眾閱覽，加強民眾即時、便捷資訊取得管道，更貼近政府資訊公開、透明精神。
