民航局長：日曾攔我民航機

大陸宣布設立「東海防空識別區」引發周邊緊張。不過民航局長沈啟今天在立院外交國防委員會答詢時表示，其實在台北飛航情報區與日本防空識別區重疊的區域中，曾發生我國「航測機」及「民航機」遭日本「航空自衛隊」攔阻的事件，就算向日方提報飛航計畫，還是會有遭攔截的情況。

沈啟說，日本的防空識別區也跟我們的台北飛航情報區有重疊，因此在2002年，我國航測機在進行新航線試飛時，就曾經遭到日本航空自衛隊的攔截。

沈啟並說，在2009年，也有許多民航機在兩岸直航北航道遭日本航空自衛隊攔截，雖然經過與日方溝通，我方也從開始向日本提報飛航計畫，但仍有少數航機遭日方攔截。

另一方面，國防部長嚴明也在答詢時證實，中國大陸在劃設「東海防空識別區」後，中國大陸軍機曾在26、27、29號三次近距離攔截美、日軍機。國防部情報次長柯文安也說，當時雷達上的光點是重疊，距離在1浬之內。
