計程制惹議 馬：政府應致歉

國道計程收費上路至今狀況連連，外界批評聲浪不斷。國民黨今天(14日)召開中山會報，黨主席馬英九在會中表示，這是一個剛上路、全球首創的制度，出現問題時，政府應表達歉意並馬上改善，一定要從民眾的感受思考公共領域的表達方式。

馬英九也提醒，農曆春節將至，屆時高速公路將湧入許多用路人，相關部會要確實做好監管職責。
