酒駕撞人肇逃　男判刑10個月

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名有酒駕前科貨車司機陳添益（37歲），日前酒後駕車不慎將1名王姓機車騎士撞成重傷，陳男非但未下車察看及報警將王男送醫救治，反而意圖趁機肇逃；1名目睹的「正義哥」陳祈燁，駕車狂追15公里勇揪陳添益；全案經宜蘭地院審結，今天將陳男依致人死傷肇逃、公共危險罪判處10月有期徒刑。
