靠垃圾風暴收賄千萬　平鎮前市長判15年

【劉昌松／台北報導】桃園縣平鎮市前市長葉步來，18年前，利用廠商興建焚化爐後，急著想通過檢測營運的機會，先後向廠商索賄1200萬元，被最高法院依違背職務收賄、圖利等罪判刑15年，褫奪公權8年，並追繳沒收贓款。另平鎮市代會前主席林長松也收賄400萬元，被判刑5年，褫奪公權3年。全案定讞。
