印第安納溜馬2日宣布簽下中鋒Andrew Bynum，補強禁區深度，預計下個星期就能正式出賽。

根據《ESPN》報導，溜馬將在今年剩餘球季支付100萬美金，讓Bynum擔任Roy Hibbert、Ian Mahinmi之後的球隊第3中鋒。

補進Bynum後，加上上述兩位中鋒，以及原有的David West、Luis Scola等人，溜馬禁區戰力可謂傲視群雄。

「很顯然地，我們很高興能獲得他的加盟。」溜馬籃球事務總裁「大鳥」Larry Bird說。

「他擁有很棒的身材，是個有技巧的長人，還有冠軍經驗，只要讓他上場，他都能夠發揮價值。」Bird說。

Bynum本季為克里夫蘭騎士出賽24場，包括19場先發，平均貢獻8.4分、5.3籃板，但因「危害球隊」的場外偏差行為，讓他黯然離開俄亥俄。

該報導認為，由於溜馬的「死敵」邁阿密熱火也對Bynum有興趣，這著棋走的相當漂亮，就算他無法融入團隊，至少讓熱火無法增添戰力。
