政院推職能基準 培育市場需要人才

行政院長江宜樺今天(14日)主持行政院「人才政策會報」時表示，行政院將推動建置台灣產業關鍵人才職能基準，希望藉此減少產、學、訓、用之間的落差，讓台灣的產業人才培訓更為有效。

勞委會在人才會報報告「建置產業關鍵人才職能基準」，江揆裁示，勞委會應儘速研擬「職能發展與應用推動方案」，並報院核定。

江宜樺也指定政務委員邀集相關部會召開會議，先界定各年將逐步建立的職能基準，再由勞委會督促各相關部會一起來推動。

勞委會表示，在建立產業所需人才的各種職能標準方面，勞委會參酌國外經驗，需要瞭解產業需求；因此，勞委會將召開座談會，凝聚社會各界的共識，並依據各產業領域，建立各產業勞動力職能發展小組。未來也將積極修訂職業訓練法、工商團體法，並與教育部共同訂定技術及職業教育法，促使技職教育與職業訓練接軌，以培養勞動市場所需優秀人才。
