synology DS413 休眠問題

DS413買了半年多了，知道該機器可以進入休眠狀態。我是從status的燈號會呈現呼吸狀態來判斷。

請問有該機器的大大們是否這就是規格上所說的"系統休眠"呢? 只會耗電3瓦多是嗎?

直到昨天拿了變電家的功率表來實際測試一下，發現平常硬碟運作時大約消耗24瓦 (我裝了WD RED 3TB*3)

等待機器呼吸燈出現時，發現大概消耗11瓦左右。 怎麼跟規格的3瓦不大一樣?

有大大可以指引一條明路嗎? 要怎麼DEBUG查出問題來?

另外，我呼吸燈出現後，為什麼風扇還是一直在運轉，這是正常的嗎?
