土城少年觀護所寄信問題(急)

我男朋友剛進去不到一個星期
要在那裡待到開庭
平時他家人都會帶我去看他
　
如果我要寄信給他
是直接寄給他就可以?
還是要他家人去那裡辦通信之類的東西
才可以寄信進去給他?
還是去看他的時候
可以請那裡的服務人員拿給他嗎?
　 　
因為聽朋友說好像要家人先去那裡辦 要留資料地址甚麼的
才可以寄信給他 不知道是不是
又不好意思打電話去問
他家人有給我他的編號和地址
　
另外他是在土城少觀所
女朋友可以寄信給他嗎?
有的人說可以有的人說只有家人才能寄
不知道到底可不可以
不想被退件 >
　
他們有限制信封裡面只能放幾封信嗎?
用12元郵票寄限時可以嗎
