內政部長李鴻源上午說，悠活度假村的第1、2區，是在民國95年，余政憲擔任內政部長任內修法，讓它就地合法，儘管我們不喜歡，合法就是合法，不能斷水斷電。

對於四個有悠活度假村會員證的官員，李鴻源說，只剩1位仍在職，由於內政部沒有司法調查權，他們是道德瑕疵還是違法，已經移送檢調調查。
