夫妻合併報稅

.先生因被姊夫倒債所以有欠稅,在在我們夫妻合併申報，我是算扶養先生的(先生現在沒有收入)，那國稅局會查先生的資料嗎?如果有查到發現有欠稅，是會跟我追繳嗎?還是算我先生個人的欠稅?

PS.如果有退稅,會抵掉先生欠稅,還是會退給我.?
