請問我朋友之前因為和網路上的賣家有糾紛
所以被控告

可是經過法院時已經以金錢賠償和解了

可是好像法官說這樣沒有案底

但有一次臨檢報身分證字號的時候

他就查到說我朋友之前有一件妨害自由

可是不是不會有案底嗎? 怎又會查得到呢?

警察說只有他們會看的到其他人不會

甚麼意思?老闆會看到嗎?軍中會看到嗎?還有其他地方呢?

如果要移民可以拿到"良民證"嗎??上面會有紀錄嗎??

申請警察.或特種部隊等...都可以嗎??
