1女殺2人不合理？　雙屍案高檢署調查

媽媽嘴咖啡店陳進福、張翠萍雙屍命案，士林地檢署認定謝依涵獨自犯案，將咖啡店負責人呂炳宏等4人不起訴，但被害家屬認為一名弱女子殺害兩人不合常理，上周向台灣高檢署聲請再議，台高檢今天分案調查。
 
雙屍命案獲不起訴被告包括呂炳宏、歐石城、鍾典峰及呂炳寬。士林地院昨天開庭審理雙屍命案，陳進福兒子的委任律師魏憶龍呼籲，若有共犯，謝依涵應坦承；張翠萍家屬的委任律師王可富則表示，弱女子殺2人有違經驗法則，懷疑有共犯。
