本月份在下要帶全家赴日旅遊。(含在下的陸配)

之前在下有在站上爬過文，也到日本在台協會的官網搜尋相關資料。
文字上都是寫說，有居留資格(含依親居留)且台灣籍配偶同行，即可備妥相關資料，到在台協會申請赴日簽證。

但今天打電話至在台協會做進一步確認，對方一聽到是陸配就一直強調說要在台居留。我強調有依親居留證，他也重複說要在台居留。完全沒提到台籍配偶是否同行、旅遊行程等問題。(@@ 不耐煩反應)。所以在下就 confuse 了。到底能不能申請呢?
