歐美查稅 鎖定蘋果、Google

美國參議院正調查蘋果的稅務策略，並把矛頭指向蘋果旗下在愛爾蘭註冊、由加州的董事會控制的單位，該單位自2009年來獲利300億美元，但在美國和愛爾蘭都未繳稅。

蘋果主管21日在國會聽證會上坦承，該單位是蘋果稅務策略中的重要海外分公司，受美國的管理和控制，但未繳納美國聯邦所得稅。

俄勒岡州波特蘭里德大學經濟學教授克勞辛（Kimberly Clausing）指出，跨國公司轉移獲利使歐美國家每年至少損失1,000億美元稅收。

許多跨國公司也採取類似避稅作法，包括從全球搜尋引擎巨擘Google到製藥商Forest Laboratories，並已引起歐美和全球各國監管當局的調查。
