聯合國預測今年全球經濟緩慢復甦力道可以持續

聯合國認為今年全球經濟應該可以維持緩慢復甦的動力，預測全年經濟成長大概會有百分之2.3，明年加速到3.1。

針對全球第一大經濟體美國，聯合國說，避開了財政懸崖，擴大寬鬆政策以及房地產復甦，都讓美國的經濟前景更為樂觀，但是減赤措施加上財政問題的諸多不確定性，可能會繼續壓抑消費意願，聯合國預測，今年美國經濟成長應該有百分之1.9，明年，百分之2.6。

歐洲方面，受到撙節措施、銀行貸放趨於保守以及許許多多的不確定性，未來依然烏雲罩頂，就算復甦，幅度可能也非常有限。

日本目前採取的大膽擴張，短期內，可以對經濟提供一些支撐，但是，就中長期而言，它會大幅增加負債，風險將隨之而來。

開發中國家的成長力道，優於已開發國家，不過復甦的速度，恐怕也不如預期，聯合國說，包括巴西、中國、印度以及俄羅斯在內的大型新興國家，都有嚴重的結構性挑戰要克服。
