台股：美股跌幅收斂 反彈在即

受到市場憂心Fed縮減購債規模、中國匯豐PMI不如預期影響，全球股指普遍重挫，周四美股雖延續前一日跌勢，但跌幅已有收斂；統一投顧認為，台股雖指數爆量收黑，但緩漲急跌乃屬於多方趨勢慣性，台股下檔各期均線仍呈現上揚，良性修正後，可望重啟多方力道。

由於國內後續仍有證所稅修改案、振興股市方案、壽險資金開放投資公共建設、奢侈稅檢討、節能家電補貼等利多政策，政府刺激景氣心態明確，指數尚有激勵因子，投資建議上，採取低接偏多操作因應，可留意於均線處獲支撐的優質個股如華碩、可成、TPK，以及節能補貼題材股如東元、大同、櫻花等。
