自認女兒遭言語霸凌　教授告4學童敗訴

東海大學外文系尤姓助理教授，認為女兒讀小學長期遭同學言語霸凌，先是女兒想摸同學的熱水袋，被嘲「想摸」、「言語性侵」，另因老師上課多次點名女兒回答，有同學竟說：「她媽媽收買了自然老師」，尤女去年控告四名小六生誹謗她及女兒，要家長各連帶賠償6萬餘元。

但法官認為那只是一時童言無忌、開玩笑，判尤女敗訴定讞。
