騙扁小子黃琪盜刷黑卡 判賠629萬

被媒體喻為台灣版「神鬼交鋒」的詐欺犯黃琪，因為盜刷黑卡，遭信用卡公司提告求償。經台北地院審理後，法院認定，黃琪案發時還未滿二十歲，是限制行為能力人，依照民法規定，黃琪必須與母親連帶賠償美國運通銀行新台幣629萬多元。全案可上訴。

黃琪被控在民國99年間，冒用頂新集團少東魏宏帆名義，辦理美國運通銀行的黑卡盜刷新台幣六百多萬元。高院去年以詐欺、偽造文書等罪，判處黃琪有期徒刑七年，其中，黃琪犯下的三個詐欺罪，屬於二審定讞案件，所以美國運通正式向黃琪提出民事求償。
