防制網路謠言將祭社秩法開罰

近來擄童案件謠言頻傳，搞得人心惶惶。警政署長王卓鈞23日指出，警方掌握相關傳聞共17件，有10件證實是誤傳，4件為雙方誤會，還有3件待查。警方針對謠言誤傳已移送3件，都交簡易法庭，並祭出社會秩序維護法開罰。

王卓鈞說，依警政署所掌握的正確數據，今年1到4月實際發生擄童案件僅1件，而且是同居人家暴衍伸的擄童限制自由案件，並非集團犯罪。

內政部長李鴻源表示，網路謠言眾多，目前他並未接獲集團犯罪、擄童販賣的報案，希望民眾不要過度驚慌。他說，刑事局有偵9隊，網路警察一直都有在監看處理，以後會更積極偵查，並提醒民眾不要貼或轉載一些不實文章，尤其是在敏感時期，貼文最好先查證，不要替政府談判時製造困擾。
