配戴全視線的鏡片真的可以保護眼睛嗎???

有看到全視線的廣告
說可以阻擋紫外線對眼睛的傷害
紫外線的影響有這麼大嗎??
而且因為媽媽眼睛不好的關係
出門也都會戴個太陽眼鏡
(但沒有抗紫外線的效果)
所以想要幫他配一副好一點的
不知道適不適合???
