牛樟芝含毒疑慮 業者擬提告

媒體報導經濟部委託研究發現牛樟芝含毒，引發業者強烈反彈；生技業者偉翔大動作召開記者會自清，並表示不排除對經濟部與蘋果日報提出損害商譽司法訴訟。

針對日前媒體以「牛樟芝含毒」為題，大篇幅報導牛樟芝吃多恐有傷腎疑慮；牛樟芝上游供應商偉翔生技研發長藍蒼洲表示，「不能單憑一次試驗結果，就一竿子打翻所有人。」

藍蒼洲表示，媒體報導的傷害已經造成，經濟部應該在網頁公告說明實驗結果非官方結果；蘋果日報也應立即將相關報導從網站上移除；他說，如果沒有正面回應，不排除對兩造提出司法訴訟。
