前員工罵牙科吸金　判賠20萬並道歉

北市禾睿牙科診所離職員工王光美（41歲），2009年在員工架設的「MODLE'S-SMILE」部落格，張貼「之前做錯了什麼醫療糾紛」等話，並於Yahoo！奇摩知識＋以「工義使者」為名張貼「**牙醫診所吸金診所歐」的內容而挨告。

刑事部分，王女向法官坦承所指醫療糾紛純為聽聞，也無法證明診所「吸金」法官認為，王女假言論自由之名，行惡意攻訐之實，去年依加重誹謗罪判她拘役50日確定。

民事部分高院今判決王女應賠償診所負責人呂睿庭20萬元定讞，另須在Yahoo！奇摩知識＋刊登道歉文。道歉部份可上訴。
