男揪4少女開毒趴　性侵判4年賠35萬元

台南市1名男子2011年9月間與4名未成年少女在台南市1家汽車賓館內，共同吸食K他命，1名未滿16歲少女吸K後無力氣，涉把少女拉至床上，強行脫掉衣褲性侵得逞，闕男依妨害性自主罪判處徒刑4年。

少女及家屬訴求闕男精神撫慰金共200萬元，但闕男否認性侵，法官判處闕男須賠償35萬元，本案可上訴。
