陸官生傷人逃亡案 監院糾正陸軍官校

陸軍官校一名吳姓學生今年2月在夜裡以水果刀刺傷安全士官後逃離營區，引發外界震撼。監察委員黃武次及李復甸調查發現，陸軍官校對出入營區安全檢查不確實、東側門夜間沒有衛哨也沒有上鎖，也缺乏危機意識及緊急應變能力，涉及了多項重大缺失，今天通過糾正陸軍官校。

另一方面，監委林鉅鋃、洪德旋和陳永祥調查大直「福西營區」工程延宕案，也認為國防部沒有確實監督管制工程進度，導致完工時間延宕，而且疑似偷工減料和官商勾結等弊端，今天也通過糾正國防部。
