[外電消息] Android版Google Drive更新 可掃描文件並轉成PDF檔

谷歌今天釋出了Android版雲端硬碟應用程式Google Drive的更新，除了使用介面更為整齊以及提供新的文字編輯功能外，也可讓行動用戶以智慧型手機掃描文件，並將影像檔轉成日後可供搜尋的PDF檔案，用戶不用再保留一大堆難以整理或保存的收據或名片。

搜尋引擎大廠谷歌在Google Drive雲端硬碟部落格發文表示，Android版更新對文件的保留與儲存相當方便。用戶現在可使用Android平台智慧型手機上的Google Drive掃描如信件、收據或帳單等文件，程式會將其轉化成PDF檔案，上傳後便會儲存在Drive雲端硬碟中。而搭載光學字元辨識(ORC)技術的Google Drive則可辨認掃描文件中的文字，日後用戶只要進行文字搜尋便可找出該文件。而使用時，只要從「新增 Add new」清單中選擇「掃描 scan」，再以手機相機拍攝文件，Google Drive便會將文件影像轉成PDF檔。

此外，谷歌試算表Google Sheets也新增了幾個編輯功能，從應用程式便能進行文字大小的調整、資料表格文字顏色的改變與文字的對齊等。用戶現在也能從Google Drive下載文件至Android裝置。

同時，Google Drive使用介面也採用Google Now的簡潔卡片風格，預視圖示更大，版面也更清爽易讀。
