ECFA協商 林中森：有共識可強化

海基會董事長林中森今天說，兩岸協商已經有共識，只要確定一個會談時間就能夠積極運作；兩岸經濟協議 (ECFA) 有設定機制，若兩岸有共識，可以不斷強化；任何協議的達成都是讓兩岸互利雙贏。
