不甘分手　男逼按摩女殉情被訴

苗栗羅姓男子（40歲）去年結識台中一名曹姓按摩女郎，2人進而交往，今年初女提分手，男心有不甘，4月19日下午，羅到女住所前守候女，見女出來，強押她載往豐原一處休閒旅館談判。

進入旅館後，羅拿出自備的噴燈、烘爐、木炭、打火機和便當等，將便當交給曹女恫嚇說：「這是最後一餐。」將門窗關緊之後，羅持噴槍作勢燒炭，經曹女安撫，羅又開錄音機，要曹女交代遺言，並說：「要死一起死，走到這地步我還怕？」

過程中，曹女哥哥去電羅男，羅誆稱不知曹女在哪，但曹兄聽到有妹妹的聲音，於是報案。警方獲報前往查獲，曹女脫困，檢方依妨害自由、恐嚇等罪起訴羅男。
