為賺1千元獎金　男先偷車後報案被訴

台中市太平區一名38歲吳姓男子是烏日分局烏日派出所邱姓警員的線民，為了想賺取線民費用，去年6月11日在北屯區山西路偷了一輛小貨車，開到北區健行路停放後，步行離去。回家後，吳聯繫邱，稱他找到一輛贓車，邱請同事上網查詢，確實是失竊車輛後，就叫拖吊車將小貨車拖回派出所停車場。數日後，吳向邱領取1千元報案獎金得逞。

台中市警五分局受理小貨車康姓車主報案後，調取監視器畫面，發現竊車者就是報案的吳，檢方依詐欺、竊盜等罪將吳起訴。
