前監委蔡慶祝收賄百萬　判14年定讞

前監委蔡慶祝1995年間收受欣凱公司100萬元賄賂，立案調查欣凱遭終止上市案，約談當時財政部次長陳木在、證管會主委陳樹等人，要求官員恢復欣凱公司股票上市，否則將彈劾財政部，但官員不為所動，蔡只好暫停調查，欣凱為此欲收回賄賂並取消原說好要給蔡股票上市利差，蔡隨即主導監察院財政委員會通過糾正案。

1996年蔡又立案調查台電，藉此向台電施壓，要求減免對違約廠商的罰款金額，同樣因官員不讓步而失敗，蔡因此退回原本向廠商拿到的300萬元支票。

全案纏訟16年後，最高法院今天維持更六審判決，依連續違背職務收賄罪，判蔡14年徒刑，褫奪公權10年，不法所得100萬元沒收。蔡案發後已遭總統解職。
