2女童遭伯父性侵稱「秘密」　讀小三才告發

嘉義市一對雙胞胎姊妹讀幼稚園時雙雙被伯父強摸下體猥褻，當時兩女童年幼無知，直到讀小學三年級時才將此事告訴祖母及父親，伯父矢口否認，但法官認為兩童所述為真，判處伯父5年有期徒刑。

據《自由時報》報導，這起性侵案，檢方指控被告於2007年6、7月間及9月間返家時，在住處房間內猥褻弟弟的雙胞胎女兒，除了撫摸女童的胸部、下體外，還將其生殖器在女童下體外磨蹭。雙胞胎女童姊姊供稱，因害怕遭伯父罵，不敢告訴父母，妹妹則說，伯父要她不可以講，說這是秘密。

兩女童直到小學三年級時知道什麼是「性侵」後，將事情告訴其他長輩，最後由父親揭發被告的惡行。
