公股官派董事酬勞 須全數繳庫

財政部國庫署署長凌忠嫄表示，公股金融機構官派董監事，每月開會領取八千元車馬費，每年發放董監酬勞則須全部繳庫，不會進入私人口袋，獨立董事酬勞則不受此一約束。

以泛公股金控兆豐金控為例，董事會決議提報一百零一年度盈餘分配案，將發放董事酬勞九千六百八十九萬多元，發放員工紅利一千零二十四萬多元。十五席董事中，財政部占八席，行政院國發基金代表一席。國庫署署長凌忠嫄為財政部代表之一。凌忠嫄指出，公股行庫須依公司法規定，將稅後盈餘提撥公積、分配董監事酬勞及員工紅利，至於官派董監事酬勞都不會進入個人口袋，全部要繳回國庫。每月開會領取八千元車馬費。員工紅利發放則依公司章程辦理，依據盈餘狀況提列，也須提報董事會通過。
