美國4月新屋銷售增加2.3%

美國商務部(Commerce Department)今天(23日)公布報告，指4月份新屋銷售增加2.3%，創下2008年夏季以來，新屋銷售的第二高紀錄，顯示美國房市有進一步復甦的跡象。

商務部指出，經季節調整後，美國4月份新屋銷售，與3月份相比，年率上升2.3%，達到約45萬4千棟，僅比今年1月的45萬8千棟稍低。而且不論是1月或4月，都是2008年7月金融風暴以來，新屋銷售成長速度最快的兩個月。

至於4月份的新屋中間價為27萬1,600美元，也是1993年以來，美國政府紀錄到的最高中間價水準。

4月份的新屋中間價比3月份高出8.3%，與去年同期相比，則是高出13.1%。
