嘉泥 短多氣勢如虹

嘉泥（1103）由於桃園土地進行標售，水泥本業外又投入餐飲事業，市場看好投資性買盤進入，上周五股價在量能充足下攻上14元，周線、季線等趨勢都已上揚，短多氣勢如虹，近期有挑戰今年高點14.35元的實力。

桃園縣蘆竹鄉有6341坪的工業區土地，將在6月初進行標售，底價為8.5億元；更砸15億元獵地，並將首度踏入餐飲版圖，和赫士盟餐飲集團各出資50％，在大直美麗華旁購入約250坪土地，目前正在興建5層樓「茹絲葵大樓」，整棟商場以餐飲為主，預計明年初開幕。
