新聞:S4全球狂賣千萬支！ 蘋果眼紅提告侵權

三星S4上市不到一個月，銷售就破千萬支，不知道是不是眼紅。蘋果最近在美國加州，控告三星S4，侵權了蘋果五項專利，把砲口直接對準三星的旗艦機，發動攻擊。

超酷炫的眼球控制功能，讓三星旗艦智慧手機Galaxy S4上市不到一個月就開出紅盤，終於擠下死對頭iPhone大賣1000萬支。不過壞消息來了，蘋果與三星專利戰再度引爆，蘋果在美國北加州聯邦地方法院控訴三星S4涉嫌侵犯兩項使用者介面、兩項Siri語音助理、一項資料同步等相關專利。

去年三星才打輸蘋果，被要求賠償6億多美元，而這一捶敲下去等於宣布新一波官司再度開打。拓墣產業研究所謝雨珊：「其實蘋果是聯合次要敵人(宏達電)打擊主要敵人(三星)，他(蘋果)想要打亂目前Android陣營生態的穩定性。

兩大智慧型手機龍頭開戰，是否會衝擊三星接下來的買氣，對其他非蘋陣營產品又有什麼影響，更是值得觀察。
