「骨子裡是女生」　男大生隆成36D巨乳

新北市輔仁大學織品服裝學系男大生廖家禾（27歲），高中起接觸女裝，並開始嘗試Cosplay（模仿動漫畫、電腦遊戲角色），認為自己骨子裡就是女生，去年底花了20萬元積蓄隆乳，形塑36D傲人身材，同學們毫不介意，還說：「你不覺得他像Lady Gaga？很勇於表現自己嗎？」

廖男認為展現自己對性向的喜好並非罪惡，只要舉止合宜、穿著得體，不造成他人困擾就好，更大方透露未來若經濟許可，加上良好醫療管道、取得家人同意後，不排除進行變性手術，讓自己變成百分百的女人。
