莊智淵開球 球迷看乒乓換棒球

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄25日電）職棒義大犀牛今天大戰統一獅，剛出爐的金牌桌球好手莊智淵開球。球迷表示，希望看看小莊由乒乓球換棒球有什麼樣的英姿。

這場犀獅大戰下午在高雄澄清湖棒球場舉行。莊智淵將在下午4時左右與義大犀牛的捕手蔡明晉進行傳接球練習，中午已有球迷到球場等候，並熱烈討論莊智淵投球的姿勢。

早早來到球場的球迷表示，莊智淵是剛出爐的2013年世界桌球錦標賽男雙組合金牌，是台灣之光，也是高雄子弟，不管他把乒乓球換成什麼球，就是喜歡。

球迷已準備加油棒為牛、獅隊加油，也歡迎台灣之光莊智淵為職棒人氣加持。

義大犀牛隊表示，熱情邀約莊智淵擔任開球嘉賓，他所代表的是台灣許多運動員不怕艱辛追逐夢想的精神，靠著無比執著和勇氣，奪下世錦賽男雙金牌，是高雄之光。1020525
